昨天才發生4人差點集體溺斃的北台灣中角灣海岸，今天又發生好幾人衝浪，結果被大浪捲出外海，幸好海巡迅速趕到現場把人救上岸。
海面不平靜，海巡艦艇疾駛，看到一名少年，幾乎虛脫坐在衝浪板上，等待救援；從另一個角度看過去，離岸已經好幾百公尺的少年，在海巡艇前方載沉載浮，只剩下一個頭露出水面，過程驚險讓人捏一把冷汗。
總共4個衝浪者先後被海巡艇載回磺港漁港，其中2人送醫急救，其他的則自己扛衝浪板離開。獲救民眾：「一直被捲走，越來越深就踩不到了。」記者：「以後還敢不敢來衝浪？」獲救民眾：「(笑)。」
這幾天颱風過境，浪高水急，加上假日不少人到海邊衝浪戲水。不過，台北縣金山鄉的中角海岸，因為海流強勁，這2天已經有9個人被大浪捲出外海。
